Highly satisfied customer! I highly recommend Elite Builders Group! I waited 6 months after project completion to write this review. In retrospect, my satisfaction continues to improve. It is easy to nitpick details early on, but later gain a sense of satisfaction after stepping back to take in the whole project. From that perspective, I am very satisfied with With Elite Builders Group. They excavated a 20' x 20' basement addition to my existing home, poured the foundation and floor, built the block walls, and cut a door into the existing basement. They showed up every day for about 3 weeks until the job was done . . . in the rain, sleet and cold temperatures of January. I never had to call or question their work. They stayed in constant communication (I served as my own GC), followed drawings almost perfectly, made changes as requested, blanketed the concrete in sub-40 temperatures. They built a solid foundation. Walls are straight, square, and level. The floor is thicker than requested and perfectly sloped. Tie-ins to the existing foundation and block walls were done exceedingly well. Window openings and beam pockets are perfect. They also moved concrete 100' by wheelbarrow to protect my driveway! All contractors promise to do that, but as I learned from a past experience, not all follow through on their promise. Elite didn't let me down. Finally, they didn't damage anything and they happily tolerated by daily progress checks (while I was working from home during Covid). That shows confidence. Minor nitpicks are 1) cracks in the 20' x 20' floor, seemingly where rock fill was not compacted sufficiently? I should have requested cuts to control the cracks on a slab that big. 2) Worksite clean-up wasn't great. For example, they used a couple of my personal ladders and left them encrusted in a little concrete. 3) They initially failed to epoxy rebar into the existing foundation. Miguel Velasvo brought a crew of diverse craftsmen that cut in two new windows, built a new wall, dry walled, painted (matched existing paint) relocated an exterior sliding door, and relaid brick in 2 1/2 days. They showed up on time each morning and Rafael kept everything moving smoothly. A great crew and a great job!

We had Elite Builders replace our roof in April. We have had multiple rains and have no leaks or any other problems with the roof. Jason Smith was our agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the roofing process and very helpful working with the insurance company.

We had Elite replace the roof and box gutters on a historic home in old Louisville. The home is 3 stoires and large.The job was done in one day with them coming back the second day to apply a second coat to the box gutter. The price was very fair and well done. Our neighooor at our cabin used them and was very pleased with the price and quality of the work We will be going our cabin later in the month.

These guys were absolutely amazing when they took care of us after the wind storm earlier this month. They came and tarped the roof the very next day after I contacted them late in the evening. Then they met with the adjuster at a moment's notice when he came to inspect the roof, and then got our roof replaced within a couple of days of receiving the insurance check. They were very professional and did a great job! They came highly recommended to me by a neighbor, and now I know why. Thank you, Elite Builders!
